Are your designs really made utilising natural materials?

Yes. We use actual plant parts - including bark and seeds. We also use other naturally occurring materials such as sand, albeit in modest quantities. These materials are used in their natural colours. We do not apply dyes, paints, inks or any colouring agents to materials used to create our designs.

How do I best care for my piece of Art Natur-El®?

Plant materials, leaves in particular, are extremely durable even when exposed to the elements. The longevity of your piece of Art Natur-El® is best further enhanced if it is displayed in dry conditions, and away from direct sunlight.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You may buy just one item if that is what you want to do. You are not expected to buy unwanted items in order to access those you really want.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

Purchases are normally despatched within twenty-four hours of receipt of cleared payment. Commissioned items, however, will take longer. If you commission a piece of Art Natur-El® you will be contacted to finalise a delivery date, as this will depend on the nature and complexity of the piece.
