Payment

Art Natur-El® is primarily an on-line business. All on-line purchases are paid for on-line in US dollars using the debit or credit card types accepted by 2Checkout.

Commissioned Items

Commissioned items attract a ‘good will’ deposit before work can be undertaken.

Pricing

Art Natur-El® reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notification.

Turn-around Time

Purchases are normally despatched within twenty-four hours of receipt of cleared payment. Commissioned items, however, will take longer. If you commission a piece of Art Natur-El® you will be contacted to finalise a delivery date, as this will depend on the nature and complexity of the piece.

Packaging and Postage

The cost of packaging and postage will be displayed with the price of the item. In some cases, it may be necessary to communicate this information to you separately.

Out of Stock Items

Some items marked ‘sold’ may still be ordered, but the normal turn-around time may be slightly increased. Art Natur-El® will endeavour to despatch your order as soon as your piece is completed, and in the mean time contact you with any relevant updates to this situation.

Quality

Art Natur-El® will endeavour to ensure that the colours and other features of items despatched are reasonably consistent with those displayed on this site. However, no two pieces of Art Natur-El® will be exactly identical. As in nature, in any one plant variety, aspects of shape, size, colour tone and markings etc may vary. Because the materials used to create the designs are organic, some colours may age with the passing of time. This only serves to enrich the uniqueness of each piece. Colours may also vary according to individual monitor settings. All measurements are approximate, and in the case of framed art, relate to the inner edges of the frame. None of the potential variations described are considered to be faults. All purchases are made subject to any such variations.
