Payment

artnatur-el.com is primarily an on-line business. All on-line purchases are paid for on-line in US dollars using VISA or MasterCard.

Customers buying in person at our gallery in Portsmouth, Dominica may also pay in cash in the following currencies: US dollar, Great Britain Pound, Euro, East Caribbean (EC) dollar; or in travellers’ cheques as appropriate.

As at 6th March 2008, the approximate exchange rates for the US dollar (USD) against the British Pound (GBP), the Euro (EUR) and the East Caribbean Dollar (XCD) respectively, were as follows:

Please note that rates are however subject to change. Customers are therefore advised to check relevant exchange rates at time of purchase, if applicable. This service is offered free of charge on various Internet sites.

Pricing

Art Natur-El® reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notification.

Turn-around Time

Art-on-a-bookmark: Where possible every effort will be made to despatch purchases within seven (7) days of receipt of cleared payment; however the normal turn around time for this product is fourteen (14) days.

Framed Art: Every effort will be made to despatch purchases in the least possible time; however, the normal turn around time for this product is twenty-eight (28) days.  Commissioned pieces may take longer.

Commissioned Items

Commissions are accepted for designs displayed on the ‘Portfolio’ page, and likewise for bespoke creations. Please feel free to e-mail the details of your specific requirements to us and we will do our best to serve you.

If you commission a piece of Art Natur-El® you will be contacted with details of the progress of your piece and or to finalise a delivery date, as this will depend on a number of factors including the type of product and the complexity of the design sought.

Packaging and Postage

The cost of packaging and postage will be normally displayed with the price of the item. In some cases, it may be necessary to communicate this information to you separately.

Quality

Art Natur-El® will endeavour to ensure that the colours and other features of items despatched are reasonably consistent with those displayed in the gallery. However, no two pieces of Art Natur-El® will be exactly identical. As in nature, in any one plant variety, aspects of shape, size, colour tone and markings etc may vary. Because the materials used to create the designs are organic, some colours may age with the passing of time. This only serves to enrich the uniqueness of each piece. Colours may also vary according to individual monitor settings. All measurements are approximate, and in the case of framed art, relate to the inner edges of the frame. None of the potential variations described are considered to be faults. All purchases are made subject to any such variations.
